Our large-scale prep service is ideal for experiments requiring high-purity plasmid DNA. We use validated purification kits to provide plasmid DNA with concentration and purity (A260/280 1.8~2.0) measurements and partial sequence analysis results. For specific plasmids where recombination may lead to sequence los (e.g., Lentiviral, Retroviral, AAV), we use specialized E. coli strains to minimize recombination risks.
